I know I have not blogged in a while when...
...the blogging software we use has a "welcome back" message for me!!
So I am back. I have been gone for a while...because the pace of life has precluded blogging. I wonder if that is a sign that I was too busy (which I know I do get too busy at times) or that our lives are just clogged with a lot of digital devices that can consume a lot of time we used to spend doing other things (like talking with people face to face rather than rapping out a message on a keyboard, when you don't really know who, if anyone, will ever read it!!).
I personally prefer time alone with a small group of friends rather than communicating with many people digitally (thus, those of you who try to communicate with me on Facebook have realized that I visit the site once a millennium--which was sometime last month for this millennium!)
But then again, I do realize that every once in a while I do have a half way decent thought that is worth sharing...so I am picking up my keyboard again...and blogging!
(Besides if Kerr can blog while he is on sabbatical, how can I NOT blog? Kudos, Jeff!)
